Well for the past year I have been preaching to my clients how important blogging is.  Have I been doing it for myself?  The answer to that would be a big NO!  So now it is time that I practice what I preach…

Why is it so important to Blog!?

Here are a few quick answers to the question:

1. Search Engine Optimization – Blogging keeps fresh content flowing into your website.  This will help to organically increase rankings for your site.
2. Become an expert in your field – When you blog and give your clients and constituents good, helpful information, you become an expert in your field.  Yup, whether you like it or not!
3. Constantly drive traffic to your website – this is a great opportunity to market yourself and your products.
4. Express your thoughts and opinions – everybody has something to say, blogging is a great way to get your thoughts out to the masses.  You never know who you’ll touch with your wisdom.
5. Have fun and be creative – Are you witty and fun to be around in person?  Just think how many people will enjoy those qualities online.

These are just a few reasons, of course there are many others.
